	Aaron Benoit Market Advisor Aaron was raised on an Illinois family farm. He holds a degree in Business Management from Southern Illinois University. He started his career in the elevator business.			Sarah Hensley Market Advisor Sarah was raised on a grain and cattle farm in Minnesota. She holds a degree in Agricultural Industries and Marketing from the University of Minnesota. She has livestock marketing experience with Smithfield Foods and Nexus Marketing.
	Aaron Bertels Market Advisor Aaron grew up in rural Kansas. He has a degree in Park Management and Conservation from Kansas State University. Before joining us, he worked for nine years in the agriculture/horticulture field.			Aaron Hodge Market Advisor Aaron served four years in the Air Force before joining Water Street Solutions in 2005. He is a licensed commodities broker with 15+ years of experience in customer service related fields.
	Courtney Dralle Market Advisor Courtney hails from Arkansas. She holds a degree in Agribusiness from Arkansas State University. Her ag experience includes working on the Boll Weevil Eradication Program and as a field consultant for Monsanto.			Andy Hoerr Market Advisor Andy holds a degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University. He worked in guest relations and as a church youth director before joining Water Street Solutions.
	Grant Frye Market Advisor Grant was raised on a farm in Peoria, IL. Growing up, he worked with his father in his fertilizer business. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Westmont College in Santa Barbara and a master’s from Tulane.			Sam Hudson Senior Market Advisor Raised on a sixth generation Illinois farm, Sam’s been involved in every aspect of the business, from crop production to the family trucking operations. Sam holds a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University.
	Megan Frye Senior Market Advisor Megan was raised on an Illinois farm. After high school she went directly to work at the CBOT. She worked in corn options and ran a desk doing South American hedging. She joined the company in 2007.			Brad Matthews Senior Market Advisor Brad grew up in Naperville, IL. He holds a degree in Finance from Indiana University. Brad worked in the corn options pit at the CBOT managing orders between the pit and brokerage houses.
	JD Gustafson Market Advisor JD grew up in Missouri, just one generation removed from the farm. He holds a degree in Political Science with a Business minor from Missouri State University. JD worked in group insurance sales and as a retail sales representative before joining us.			Isaac Payleitner Market Advisor Isaac grew up in St. Charles, IL. He holds a degree in Financial Planning from the agriculture college at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
	Michael Henry Market Advisor Clerk Michael holds a degree in Agribusiness Management from Purdue University. He was a Chick Evans Scholarship recipient and co-founded the Agricultural Sales and Marketing Club during his time at Purdue.			Arlan Suderman Senior Market Analyst A native of Kansas, Arlan joins us from Farm Progress Companies where he was a market analyst for 12 years. He also worked for the Kansas Extension Service focused on marketing and operated his own consulting firm for a time.
